Promotion And Appointment In UPDF

H.E the President and Commander in Chief of the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces has appointed and promoted Maj Gen Sam Okiding to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed him Force Commander African Union Transition Mission In Somalia (ATMIS).

The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs and UPDF fraternity congratulate the General Officer upon his well-deserved promotion and appointment.
